The material is a cotton rayon blend in very high quality and the print is floral and fab!!! Brim edge is black and around the band a lovely wool knit trim accented with nothing more than a simple VINTAGE flower in black and lovely black ribbon!!! a work of art for sure!!! you will stand out in a crowd in this one!The Hat brim front is best worn UP OR down! This hat is to be worn low over the ears. It is modern and sophisticated! This hat is sized to fit up to 23 inch comfortably . All my hats are made by me,yes, really!!!
